Payment

1. We accept PayPal or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Delta) over the phone by calling Richard on 01277-229666 during opening hours: (Tuesday to Thursday 9:00am -6:00pm) & Direct Bank Transfer to HSBC Brentwood Sort Code: 40-13-22 Account No:71281712 Car Audio Technics, (We do not accept cheques).

2. We supply a full VAT invoice with every purchase so you will have a receipt should you item go wrong you will be able to get it repaired under warranty.

Delivery

1. Parcels over 500g Delivery to UK mainland only, There is a £10.00 extra surcharge for Highlands and Islands & Ireland with any of the following Post Codes: BT,IV,HS,IM,KA27-28,KW,PA20-49,PA60-78,PH17-26,PH30-44,PH49-50,TR21-25. Standard insurance cover is for up to £150.00 included in the delivery charge, It is at your own risk if you do not take the extra insurance @ £10.00 extra for cover up to £500.00 & £20.00 extra for up to £1000.00 insurance cover.

2. All UK parcels under 500g are sent by special next day delivery with £500.00 insurance cover.

3. We are absolutely not responsible for loss or damage of under insured packages. The parcel will need to be signed for so please make sure someone will be in or supply an alternate address where there will be.

Dispatch

1. We typically ship Mon-Fri @ 3.30pm we try to ship as soon as possible after payment has been made, we do not advertise anything which is not in stock so every thing should go out straight away, you will receive notification when dispatched.

Refunds & Returns

1. All items MUST BE TESTED within 3 business days from date of delivery (72 Hours) and any problems reported immediately to us via email.

2. Refunds will be sent in the same way that the buyer paid the seller.

3. Refunds are only given for damaged items that cannot be replaced.

4. In the case of a parcel being lost during postage, both sides (seller/buyer) will have to wait (4-weeks) for outcome of post service investigation. In the case of the item being lost we will attempt to replace it or issue a full refund only if no replacement is available.

5. New items will be exchanged ONLY if the item is proven defective within 28 Days from the invoice date. For Defective Items, the buyer is responsible for all shipping cost. All Sales Are Final.
Buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product, No refund or exchanged.

6. We do not accept returns for goods that have been supplied correctly it is the buyers responsibility to make sure the goods are correct before purchasing them.

7. You must ring for a returns number before returning any goods.
